1. Schedule your Social media!
This is of course a no-brainer. Social media is an excellent way of getting your content, service, or product out to your potential clients. But it’s not so wonderful when half your time is spent creating and posting to Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest daily! I am sure you agree at times it feels like wasted time is spent trying to just keep up.
Luckily there are many tools that can help you quickly and easily automate your social media without stress, allowing you to create and schedule multiple posts for the month within a single day.
I personally use Loomly to post all of my Instagram and Facebook content. I also love using Tailwind for my Pinterest automation. Just imagine how much free time you will have to perform other tasks if you could spend a few hours a month working on social media, rather than worrying about it daily.
You can also quickly create posts and story designs in Canva, save and download them – then upload them directly to Loomly… schedule them to go at a specific time and date!
Developing messaging that speaks to a customer’s needs can be a daunting task without the right guidance. When crafting messages, it is important to identify pain points and focus on the emotional benefits of using your product or service.
Start off by understanding exactly who your customers are, what are their pain points and what benefits could your product provide.
Doing this will help you uncover opportunities to create motivating messages that really connect with your target market.
Try putting yourself in their shoes and coming up with creative ways to solve their problem while showcasing the emotional benefit they would get from working with you.
Once you have found the right words to speak to them, be sure to use visuals that align with your message to further engage them.
2. Automate your Emails
Automating your email responses is one of the most efficient things you can do for productivity! Who wants to spend countless hours answering some of the same questions day after day. I personally can’t get enough of canned responses in Gmail! Simply just writing a generalized response to those questions you often receive will save more time than you can even imagine!
Cloudhq is such a great productivity tool. What to schedule your emails and correspondences, silence your incoming emails for an hour or two so you can catch up on tasks and not be distracted?
Everything you need to roll out a successful brand intantly.
3. Schedule your Content
Automating your weekly content is key if you own a blog or website that publishes articles. It’s a great way to post consistently without having to be at your computer at the exact time you want to publish it if you block out time and batch your blog content. As a result, your audience will always know when to anticipate fresh, regular content from your website.
4. Weekly Newsletters & Sales Funnels

As a business owner it can be hard to juggle the mountain of tasks that face you on a daily basis, just imagine if you gave yourself the grace to say I’m going to hand the tasks that I really hate or just keep putting off to someone else who is likely to be more efficient and faster. Freeing your time up to bring sales into your business, because, after all, time really is money.
It’s time to claim back your time in your business and if you’re not automating some tasks check back through this list and see what you could be doing to automate your business. Think of it this way, if you were to bill yourself for your time, what would it amount to? Now think of how you can reduce that time. having more time will allow you to be more productive, enthusiastic, and profitable.
