I'm Jacky
Well in case you were wondering I didn’t leap out of bed one day and decide to be a designer, it took years, and I mean years of training, and literally thousands of pounds (60K) two degrees to get me where I am today.
I qualified with a first-class honours degree in Graphic design, but for me, that wasn’t enough, so I went on to do another degree, and if that wasn’t enough, I took the hardest one going! After qualifying with a level 7 PGCE, ( that’s a top teaching degree, in case you’re wondering).
I have had the pleasure of teaching graphic design at two respective colleges and enjoyed every moment!
When I started Redhead Graphic design, there was one thing I wanted more than anything: to help business owners instantly attract the right people, and have sales flowing into their businesses and customers singing their praises.
And today? I woke up knowing that I have truly built a business that does just that.

On the day we’ll invite you to our business chat service called ‘Pumble’ where you’ll be able to review all your design and make comments and changes throughout the day, we’ll only move forward once your completely blow away with the design we have created for you!
Yes, in the designer files, you’ll have 7 days post support via email if you need to make a minor change to a brand colour.
We are happy to make a minor change for you.
Plus you’ll be provided with a PDF version of your artwork which can be edited using free online tools that leaves you empowered to make changes and updates whenever you want.
If you come to me with a request, I will always be honest about whether or not I think I can complete it with your VIP design Intensive.
Pre-work is key to a design intensive so that the time you’re paying for me is used only for design.
I’ll get as much done in the day as possible, and your availability on the day of is very important – your fast feedback and approvals enable me to accomplish more for you.
Design needs can take longer than others due to the complexity and scope of your project, but I’ll dedicate my full attention to yours until it’s complete.
